-
Hydrogen stove with the setup for Domestic
“NEW LERC Domestic Hydrogen Stove ”. Designed to use hydrogen gas (H₂) as the fuel instead of LPG, PNG, or ethanol. Hydrogen burns with oxygen and produces mainly water vapour, making it an attractive low-carbon fuel when the hydrogen itself is produced from renewable energy.
LERC product is the most economical among all designs in India.

High Thermal Efficiency DME Domestic Stove
DME (Dimethyl Ether) is a clean-burning fuel with low emissions
(DME) is being explored as a substitute fuel for LPG in cooking and heating due to its similar physical properties and cleaner combustion.
India’s First High Efficiency DME Domestic Stove
Product: Developed by LERC
Purpose: It will help in reducing the LPG & PNG consumption at households and will help in shifting towards sustainable energy.
Rating : This has now crossed 74% efficiency
-
High Thermal Efficiency DME Commercial Stove
- India’s First DME Commercial Burner with Stove
- Product: Developed by LERC
- Rating : This has now crossed 55% efficiency; however, the thermal efficiency of LPG commercial stove is only 45%
- Purpose: It will help in reducing the LPG & PNG consumption at households and will help in shifting towards sustainable energy.

LPG & Induction Hybrid Stove Single Burner
This is a Hybrid Stove (LPG + Induction Cooktop), combining a gas burner and an induction cooking zone in one appliance. It is designed to give the benefits of both traditional LPG cooking and modern induction heating.
- Glass Top Design
- Toughened black glass surface gives a modern look.
- Easy to clean and maintain.
- Energy Efficient
- Use induction for boiling, heating milk, tea, etc.
- Use LPG when power is unavailable or for heavy cooking.
- Space Saving
- Two cooking technologies in one compact stove.
- Safety
- Induction side has no open flame.
- Less heat loss compared to gas stoves.
-
LERC Developed ARC Lighter
- Design and develop the first in India Arc lighter. Further to this, LERC has been trying proficiently to take a step forward to develop a durable battery Arc lighter for up to 1000 Arcs in single Charge.
- The new changes related to Make in India product the top electroplated cover design which resists from melting and the straight long narrow design help to easily light the gas stove for versatile utility kitchen and other usage.
- It consists of auto off feature when the switch is left turned ON condition continuously.so it saves the battery and make it durable up to longer duration. The newly designed Arc lighter is highly reliable and Rechargeable multiple times, and it comes with C-Type charging port & cable.
- Electrodes: Two metal prongs (single or double arcs) that produce the plasma spark.
- Transformer: Ferrite core step-up transformer with primary (few turns) and secondary windings for voltage boost.
- Battery: lithium-ion cell, often 200 mAh capacity, USB-rechargeable for thousands of arcs per charge.
The present activities of Research & Development are:
