Valve Retrieval Machine

   

  • LPG Equipment Research Centre along with M/s IERC Kolkata has developed a new generation valve retrieval system which is now ready to be deployed in LPG Bottling Plants
  • This is a fully automatic PLC based SC valve retrieval machine. The Machine has four stations, and all are pneumatically operated. In the 1st station, the operator should place a defective valve and press the start button. The machine will shift the d valve to station no 2, where cleaning of the valve will be undertaken. One cleaning attachment goes inside the valve and cleans all the accumulated dust / particles which will be removed through the application of air from the other side of the SC valve. After proper cleaning, SC valve will be shifted to a 3rd station for quality checking by another head, where the valve will be checked as per IS (IS -8737:2017/8.3.1) for leakage. After checking, the valve will be shifted to station 4 for rejection or acceptance..
  • This Machine can detect the internal condition of the valves, and the retrieved valve will be sorted and ejected through different channels to respective bin boxes. The Software along with PLC based data logger are included along with the machine and suitable reports will also be generated.

DETECT VALIDATION UNIT:

  • Validation unit developed can verify both type of units, i.e. LERC-Festo units as well as Combo- Detect units.
  • Developed with FESTO and includes an inbuilt compressor
  • Validation Certification services to all the Detect units in the field by LERC
